Information you share with us

You can browse our collections without creating an account. If you contact us by telephone, email or WhatsApp, you may share your name, contact details, occasion, gifting requirements and any other information you include in your message.

For an agreed order or photography booking, the conversation may also include delivery details, recipient information, billing information, artwork or booking requirements. Please share only information needed for the enquiry or order, and make sure you are authorised to provide someone else's details.

We use the information you provide to respond to you, discuss your requirements and arrange the services or order you agree with us. Necessary details may be provided to service providers involved in those arrangements, such as a delivery provider. Please ask us before sharing information if you need to understand a specific recipient or purpose.

Instagram Reels and external services

Our homepage loads an Instagram embed only when you choose “Watch the Reel”. This makes a connection to Instagram/Meta, which may receive information such as your IP address, browser or device details and the referring page. Instagram may use cookies or similar technologies and recognise an existing Instagram session, subject to your browser settings and its policies.

You can limit third-party cookies or block third-party content through your browser settings. Blocking Instagram may prevent the Reel from appearing; a direct link remains available. Read Meta's Privacy Policy ↗ for its handling of information.

WhatsApp enquiry links can include selected gift references and the brief you prepare. Opening a WhatsApp link passes that message to WhatsApp; you then choose whether to send it. Email and telephone links open your chosen applications. Facebook, Google and Instagram profile links take you to those providers. Their own privacy terms apply, including WhatsApp's privacy policies ↗.

Website and browser features

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and use of this website. It may collect page views, device and browser information, approximate location and interactions, and use cookies or similar browser storage. Google processes this information for analytics. You can limit cookies through your browser settings or learn more in Google's Privacy Policy ↗. We do not intentionally send the contents of enquiry forms or invoice fields to Google Analytics.

The website does not include an advertising pixel, account registration or checkout form. Catalogue gift IDs are saved in your browser’s session storage for the current tab, so your shortlist survives refreshes and navigation. Clear the shortlist to remove them. If storage is unavailable, the shortlist lasts only while the catalogue page remains open. It is not saved to an account or sent to us automatically. Your enquiry fields and edited message are also kept in this tab’s session storage so you can return after navigating or refreshing. Use Clear brief to remove that draft. If storage is unavailable, keep the page open until you copy or send the message. Drafts are not sent to us automatically or saved to an account; choosing WhatsApp or email passes your message to that service.

Our own scripts do not set cookies or use local storage for visitor profiles. Google Analytics and third-party embeds may use their own technologies. The hosting provider may process technical request information, including IP addresses and request times, to deliver and secure the website.

Retention and handling

Enquiries and order correspondence can remain in the communication services used to contact us. How long information is needed depends on the enquiry, any ongoing order, record-keeping needs and applicable obligations. Contact us for a question about a particular record or to request correction or deletion; we may need to retain information for an existing obligation or dispute.

Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information through an enquiry. No internet communication method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children and photography

Mini Moments enquiries and bookings should be made by a parent or guardian. Please discuss the permissions for a child's photography, delivery of images and any proposed public use directly with us. For a concern about a photograph shown on this site, contact us with the page link and enough information to identify the image.
