Enquiries and order confirmation

This website presents gifting ideas, past projects and Mini Moments photography by Tohfaa by Ritu, based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Browsing a catalogue, making a shortlist or sending an enquiry does not place an order or reserve a service.

We discuss the final selection, quantity, customisation, payment arrangements and schedule directly with you. Please obtain and review the agreed details in writing before proceeding. Any specific written order terms apply alongside these general website terms.

Photographs and personalisation

Catalogue photographs are design references. Past-work photographs show previous projects and do not guarantee current availability. Colours can appear differently across screens; final contents, materials, sizes, packaging and any substitutions should be confirmed for your order.

For personalised details, please check names, messages, logos and artwork carefully before approving them. Only provide materials you are entitled to use. Tell us about dietary, allergy or other recipient requirements when discussing your brief; do not rely on a photograph to identify ingredients or suitability.

Delivery, collection and changes

Discuss the destination, gifting date and any access or handling requirements before confirming an order. Delivery or collection arrangements and any associated charges are agreed directly. A requested date is not a confirmed delivery commitment until agreed for your order.

If your details or requirements change, contact us as soon as possible. What can be changed will depend on the agreed order and how far preparation has progressed. Please confirm any revised arrangements in writing.

Cancellations, returns and order concerns

Please ask for the applicable cancellation, return and refund arrangements before confirming an order or booking. These can depend on the products, personalisation and stage of preparation. We do not publish a blanket cancellation deadline or refund promise on this website.

If something arrives damaged, is incorrect or otherwise causes concern, contact Ritu promptly with your order reference, a description and relevant photographs. We will discuss the issue and the appropriate next steps with you. These terms do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Mini Moments bookings

Photography enquiries are subject to a separately agreed booking. Confirm the date, location, session scope, deliverables, schedule and any rescheduling or cancellation arrangements before booking. A parent or guardian should handle enquiries and permissions for a child's session.

Using this website

You may browse and share links to our collections for personal or business gifting discussions. Please obtain permission before reproducing our photographs, branding or written material for another purpose. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or send unlawful material through our contact channels.

Instagram, Facebook, Google and WhatsApp are separate services. Their availability and terms are controlled by their providers. Website information can be updated; the details agreed for an existing order should be checked against your written confirmation.
